Jonáš Svoboda
Jonáš Svoboda, born in Brno. Masters in Intermedia at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Brno. Experimental filmmaker and sound designer. In his audiovisual essays, he explores the properties of memory in relation to his own extensive archives. He has presented his works for example at the Prague Quadrennial 2018 and the Marienbad Festival 2018. In the musical field, he moves between obsolete laptop breakcore and noise improvisation. His compositional portfolio includes many incidental music and soundtracks for a range of Czech theaters and cultural institutions. He is a member of the theater ensemble Bazmek Entertainment, the creative collective Bifidus, the art-activist group Global Genocide and the noise group Pavel Ondračka, with whom he performed for example at the Manifesta 11 festival in Zurich.
"Bifidus ActiRegularis" is the trade name for a probiotic culture. This bacterium helps support a balanced intestinal microflora, is able to survive passage through the stomach into the intestines, and when consumed regularly, helps regulate digestion.

František Hruška
František Hruška, born in Ostrava, lives in Brno. He is a sound artist, musician, composer, instrument designer and poet. He studied Sonology at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. František is dedicated to sound and music in a wide and diverse contexts and forms. His electro-acoustic musical work often focuses on sound ecology, conscious active listening, everyday and varied poetics of sound, concepts of playfulness, communication issues... All often using obscure objects and instruments from his own workshop...
František has performed in many places all over Europe and beyond with his sound, music, poetry and other projects.
"Bifidus esencis" (often confused with "bifidus avicens") is a made-up name and hoax message that is spreading on the internet. There is no such bacterium or ingredient in yogurts. The real probiotic cultures in yogurt (e.g. Bifidobacterium) are beneficial to the body and isolated from humans, not ducks.

Forbidden Relaxation is a multi-sensory, multi-media and multi-genre project.
This year it has experienced its third season. Forbidden Release combines music, words, audiovisuals, hockey and sport as such. Forbidden Release allows people from sports, artistic, intellectual and any other circles to relax together.
Together and together-separately we make music live. Such that is alive, that is, every time differently, depending on what suits the situation, space, time, us and the public best.
